Our family doesn’t live according to anyone’s rules but our own. We don’t believe in following societal norms just because that’s the way things have always been done.
We live life on our own terms and make decisions that work best for our family. This isn’t to say that we don’t care about what other people think or that we don’t value tradition.
We just don’t let those things dictate how we live our lives. We believe in being true to ourselves and living a life that is authentic and fulfilling.
Our family lifestyle manifesto is a set of guiding principles that help us stay true to our values. It is a living document that we continue to add to and revise as our family evolves.
Our Family Lifestyle Manifesto
Our manifesto includes everything from how we spend our time and money to how we parent our children. It is a reflection of who we are and what is important to us.
1. Embrace adventure
Our family loves adventure. We believe that life is meant to be lived to the fullest and believe that every day should be an adventure.
We’ve instilled this belief in our children from a young age.
We take them on hikes, camping trips, fishing trips and any opportunity we can to get them outside and explore nature.
We want our children to know that there is so much to see and do in this world and we want to instill a sense of curiosity and wonder in them.
We believe that adventure is good for the soul and that it helps to build character.
We want our children to grow up to be brave and confident adults who are not afraid to take risks.
We believe that life is an adventure and we want our children to live it to the fullest.
2. Follow your bliss
Our family has always been one that follows our bliss. If there is something that interest us, we go after it.
We don’t let anything stand in our way of pursuing happiness. For example, my husband and I — together — try to be creative. We both enjoy woodworking and writing.
The latter is just one reason we decided to start each of our blogs in order to support our family.
It’s something that we love to do, and it makes us happy.
Our children are also encouraged to follow their bliss. If they have a passion for something, we help them pursue it.
We want them to be happy and to live a life that is fulfilling to them.
We believe that if you follow your bliss, you will end up where you are meant to be. You will find your purpose in life and you will be happy.
So, that is what we encourage our family to do.
Follow your bliss and chase your dreams.
3. Listen to your inner voice
It’s not always easy to listen to your inner voice. Sometimes, we get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life that we forget to check in with ourselves.
Other times, we might be afraid of what our inner voice might tell us. But it’s so important to take a step back and listen to what your gut is telling you.
Your inner voice is your intuition, that little voice inside your head that’s always trying to guide you.
It’s your heart speaking to you, trying to tell you what’s right for you. And even though it might be hard to listen to sometimes, it’s always worth following.
Your inner voice knows what’s best for you. It knows what you need, even when you don’t. It knows when you’re headed down the wrong path, and it will try to steer you back onto the right one.
Trusting your inner voice can be scary, but it’s always worth it in the end. Listening to your inner voice doesn’t mean you have to quit your job or move to a new city.
Sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Just making the decision to listen to your heart can change your entire life.
Start by checking in with yourself every day. See how you’re feeling, and ask yourself what you need.
Listen to your body and your mind, and see what they’re telling you.
Follow your heart, and see where it takes you. It might not be easy, but following your inner voice is always worth it.
4. Nourish your body, mind, and soul
It is essential to our family lifestyle that we nourish our bodies, minds, and souls. We do this by trying to eat healthy, staying active, and spending time together in meaningful ways.
Nourishing our bodies means eating foods that are nourishing to our bodies and minds. We eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and eat moderate amounts of lean protein.
Nourishing our minds means staying active and engaged. We read, write, and spend time outdoors.
We challenge ourselves mentally and physically. We find ways to relax and de-stress.
We are lifelong learners. Nourishing our souls means spending time together in meaningful ways.
We laugh, cry, and pray together. We celebrate our joys and comfort each other in our sorrows.
We are there for each other in good times and bad.
5. Live with intention
Mindfulness. It’s a word we hear a lot these days, but what does it really mean?
For our family, living mindfully means being present in the moment and aware of our impact on the world around us.
It means living with intention – making conscious choices about how we spend our time and resources.
In a fast-paced world full of distractions, it can be easy to go through the motions without really being present.
But when we take a step back and pay attention to our thoughts, words and actions, we can make choices that are in alignment with our values.
Living with intention doesn’t have to be complicated – it can be as simple as choosing to spend time outside in nature.
By being mindful of our choices, we can make a positive impact on our health, the environment and the world around us.
It is time for a change. We are done with the hustle and bustle of the rat race. We are done with the 9-5 grind and the daily commute.
We are done with living for the weekend. It is time to live life on our own terms. It is time to take control of our lives and create our own destiny. It is time to live life on our own terms.
The Our Family Lifestyle manifesto is a document that outlines our commitment to creating a life that is full of meaning, purpose, and joy.
It is a declaration of our intention to live a life that is in alignment with our values.
We invite you to join us on this journey.
Come live life on your own terms with us.
What is a family manifesto?
A family manifesto is a tool that can be used to help bring family members closer together.
It can help set expectations and rules for how family members should interact with each other, and it can serve as a reminder of the family’s shared values and goals.
By creating a family manifesto, families can help make sure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same objectives.
There are no hard and fast rules for what should be included in a family manifesto, but there are a few key elements that can make it particularly effective.

Second, a family manifesto should be realistic. It should set achievable goals and expectations that everyone can reasonably meet.
Finally, a family manifesto should be flexible. It should be designed in a way that allows it to be adjusted as the needs of the family change over time.
A family manifesto can be an incredibly powerful tool for bringing a family closer together. By taking the time to create one, families can ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same objectives.
What does family lifestyle mean?
To us, family lifestyle means living a life that is full of love, belonging, and togetherness.
We prioritize family time and togetherness, and believe that these things are essential to a happy and fulfilled life.
Our family enjoys spending time together in many different ways – we go on vacations together, have regular family dinners, and enjoy shared hobbies and interests.
We believe that family is the most important thing in life, and our lifestyle reflects that.
What’s a normal family lifestyle?
What is a normal family lifestyle? It is a question that has been asked since the beginning of time. There is no real definitive answer, but we can take a look at what families in different parts of the world consider to be normal.
In North America, the traditional family lifestyle consists of parents and their children living together in one household.
Both parents typically work outside the home to provide for their family, while the children attend school and participate in extracurricular activities.
The family typically enjoys spending time together on weekends and holidays, often times taking vacations together.
In other parts of the world, the definition of a normal family lifestyle varies.
For example, in some parts of the world it is common for three generations of a family to live together under one roof. The grandparents often help to care for the children while the parents are working.
This means it’s not uncommon for extended families to live together in one home, with aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives all considered to be part of the normal family unit.
Ultimately, there is no single answer to the question of what is a normal family lifestyle. It is a question that is unique to each individual family and can vary based on cultural norms and traditions — no matter where you are in the world.
Why is the family life important?
The family life is important because it provides a sense of belonging and togetherness. It gives individuals a sense of identity and purpose.
The family is the basic unit of society, and it is important for the stability and well-being of society.
The family life is a source of love, support, and security and it’s a place where individuals can learn and grow.
It shapes the values, beliefs, and behaviors of its members and often serves as the primary social unit for the socialization of children.
It provides love, support, and security when in its best form and is a source of strength in times of trouble.
It teaches us how to live, how to love, and how to care for one another.
What are the different types of family lifestyle?
There are different types of family lifestyle.
The first type of family lifestyle is the nuclear family lifestyle. The nuclear family is composed of the mother, father, and their children.
This is the most traditional type of family, and typically, nuclear families live in the same house.
The second type of family lifestyle is the single-parent family lifestyle. The single-parent family is composed of one parent and their children.
Single-parent families often face unique challenges, but they can also be extremely resilient.
The third type of family lifestyle is the extended family lifestyle. The extended family is composed of the nuclear family plus the grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Extended families often live close to each other and provide support and help to one another.
The fourth type of family lifestyle is the blended family lifestyle. The blended family is composed of two parents and their children from previous marriages or relationships.
Blended families often live together, but each parent may also have their own separate home for their children to visit.
There are many other types of family lifestyles, and families can choose to live in a way that best suits their needs.
No matter what type of family lifestyle a family chooses, the most important thing is that they feel like they belong and are connected to one another.
