Buffalo Chicken Dip

This Buffalo Chicken dip is always a hit. It’s creamy, cheesy, and has just the right amount of spice. Plus, it’s super easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup of crumbled mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish.
  3. Bake 20 min. or until the mixture is heated through; stir.

Tip: Use pre-cooked chicken from the deli, for a faster prep time.

Simply mix all of the ingredients together and serve with your favorite chips.

Chipotle Ranch Dip

This flavorful dip is perfect for those who love a little spice. It’s super easy to make.

Plus, it only needs four ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 (7 oz) can Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, and 1 packet of Ranch Dressing mix.

Combine all of the ingredients together and it’s ready to serve! It really is that simple.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

This crowd-pleasing favorite is always a hit. It’s rich and creamy, with a flavorful blend of spinach, artichokes, and Parmesan cheese.

To make it, simply combine 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), 14 oz frozen artichoke hearts (thawed and chopped), 8 oz cream cheese, softened, ⅓ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided, 2 cloves garlic, minced, and salt.

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic with a hand mixer. Fold in parmesan cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, spinach, and artichokes.

Spread the mixture into a casserole dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake it until hot and bubbly. Serve with baguette slices, crackers, or vegetables.

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Hummus is a flavorful, protein-packed dip that’s perfect for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike.

This Roasted Red Pepper Hummus is made with 3/4 cup chopped jarred roasted red peppers, 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, 1 small garlic clove, minced, 1/4 cup tahini, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, and salt to taste.

Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended. Add roasted peppers; process until the peppers are finely chopped. Season with salt.

It’s perfect for dipping pita bread, vegetables, or crackers.

Queso Blanco

This delicious White Queso Dip is made with only four ingredients: ½ pound white American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 4 oz can diced green chilies, 3 tablespoons milk, and 1/8 teaspoon cumin.

Combine the American cheese, cream cheese, green chilies, and cumin in slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of milk, while stirring, until you reach the desired consistency. Cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and combined.

It’s rich, creamy, and perfect for dipping tortilla chips. If you want to get fancy, you can top it with green onions, diced tomatoes, or jalapeños.

Guacamole

This quick and easy classic Mexican dip is made with 4 ripe avocados, 1 cup Picante Sauce, 1 onion, diced, juice of 1 lemon, pinch of salt, to taste.

Cut avocados in half and peel off the outside skin. Put in bowl. Dice onion and add to bowl. Pour about 1 cup of hot sauce into bowl (to your taste and desired consistency).

Mix all the ingredients until you reach the consistency you prefer. Squeeze juice from the lemon and sprinkle a pinch of salt into the dip, to taste.

It’s perfect for dipping tortilla chips, vegetables, or in your favorite burrito. If you want to get really fancy, you can top it with chopped bacon or diced avocado.

Tip: Hold onto one avocado seed. If you add it to the guacamole it will help prevent the browning typically caused by the lemon juice.
