If you're a fan of Oreo cookies and white chocolate, then you're going to love this candy bar. It's the perfect blend of two classic sweets, and it's sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

01 start with a good quality chocolate
03 use a food processor or blender to finely crush cookies

To ensure a good lift and a beautiful outer crust, you’ll want to start with fresh yeast and baking powder/soda

Place chocolate in microwavable bowl. Heat on high for 30 seconds, stir. Continue heating in 20–30 second intervals, until melted.

No food processor? Grab a large Ziploc bag and fill it with the Oreos. Then roll over it with a rolling pin.

Once the chocolate is melted, add the crushed Oreos and stir to combine until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the molds and tap to make sure the chocolate has settled into each square.

Place into the freezer for at least 45 minutes to solidify the chocolate. Then, pop out from molds when done and enjoy!
