Combine the American cheese, cream cheese, green chilies, and cumin in slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk, while stirring, until you reach the desired consistency. Cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and combined.

Guacamole

Cut avocados in half and peel off the outside skin. Put in bowl. Dice onion and add to bowl. Pour about 1 cup of hot sauce into bowl (to your taste and desired consistency).
Mix all the ingredients until you reach the consistency you prefer. Squeeze juice from the lemon and sprinkle a pinch of salt into the dip, to taste.
It’s perfect for dipping tortilla chips, vegetables, or in your favorite burrito. If you want to get really fancy, you can top it with chopped bacon or diced avocado.
Tip: Hold onto one avocado seed. If you add it to the guacamole it will help prevent the browning typically caused by the lemon juice.
