As far as shows go, the Showboat Branson Belle needs to be number one on your list. Not only do you get to dine on fine food, watch some amazing talent, but all this while you set out for a cruise on Table Rock lake. Doesn’t that sound fun?! And boy it was!

The Showboat Branson Belle seats over 700 people and the cruise is a little over 2 hours long, which is just enough time for you to feast on your three course meal and enjoy the wonderful entertainment. Every seat in the boat has a great view of the stage, but ours, well it was the BEST! We were the VIPS for the night and we ate like kings.

The portions were enormous and so tasty! Included with our VIP seating, we had the option of choosing from 3 entires. All sounded so yummy, but I decided on the steak. And boy was it good! The chef even came up to check on us later to make sure we were enjoying our meals. How cool is that?!

And as if I had ANY room in my stomach from devouring the amazing salad and steak, we were brought these mouth watering cheesecakes to eat. They were divine!

While you eat there’s a fun pre-show for you to enjoy, but after dinner is when the truly awesome entertainment happens. New this year is the Made in the USA show which features the world’s only aerial violinist, Janice Martin. She not only plays the violin, but can also sing as well as play the piano. This woman of many talents graduated from Juilliard, but the best part was the fact that she was even in the Military too. She really does it all!

The Showmen, which were an all male vocal group, performed a variety of songs, and they were outstanding. But my favorite part of the show they did, was different cover songs from other famous all male vocal groups. Let’s be honest, I was singing right along with them when they started N’Sync’s “Bye, Bye, Bye”!

As if all that talent wasn’t enough, sprinkled in between acts was a hilarious comedian/magician. He was so great and kept the show moving right along.

When it was all said and done, I was quite sad for the ride to be over. We really had an awesome time and hope to head back there soon with the kids!
