Avery’s medical team met today and made a few audibles in her therapy going forward; they’ve decided to stop chemo.
The Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) infusion helps strengthen her immune system so she can continue to fight infections and stay healthy.
Can’t wait to get these two sisters back together! At least we can still dress them in the same outfits, even while they’re apart.
She’s just been hanging out with Mom & Dad at the hospital today; playing, sleeping, and eating. We’re always grateful for the good days.
With Avery’s new jumper and a few tips from her Physical Therapist, she is now working on meeting her next developmental goals!
She continues to thrive, even in the hospital. Making friends (mostly nurses and other patients). To know Avery is to love her. Truly.
The hospital requires a move every 4 weeks, so they let us move today. Most exciting part of the new room? THREE big windows!
Mom and I had a Girl’s Day at the hospital with Avery while Dad played with Big Sis today. Overall, we had a fabulous Friday!
The morning Lumbar Puncture combined with the afternoon chemo medications make for a miserable baby. Nausea + pain.
