Going through withdrawals is not fun. Especially when you’re a baby. Ativan seems to be the “miracle med” of the moment.
Our granddaughter was diagnosed with Pre B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of 7 weeks. Follow her journey as we, her family, choose to stay positive as we continue to believe in our Happily Ever Avery.

Happy 9 Months! On her good days, Avi loves to eat, smile, play with her sister, watch her songs, and is trying to learn to crawl.
Baby steps in progress. Weaning off meds, trying to eat after not doing so for days, and living through the week she did has its pitfalls.
We caught a smile today! Sure, it was completely drug-induced, but it’s a small win, and we’ll celebrate every one!
This morning she didn’t even want anyone near her bed, so this is progress. She’s basically over everything.
So many great strides today after struggling so hard the last few days. We’re very excited to see her slowly returning back to herself.
