National Grilling Month
We love to grill. You can even catch Colby outside grilling in the rain… and, yes, even freezing cold. It is his most preferred way to cook. During the summertime, we obviously get the opportunity to cook outside more often.
The kids are normally outside jumping or riding their bikes, and we are sitting and watching or joining in with them. Plus, when we have family or friends over, it typically the quickest, tastiest way to feed everyone.
Whether throwing hamburgers or fajitas on the grill, Colby always seems to have some sort of meat ready to go for when guests arrive.
I asked him to try something new. I thought the Spicy Mustard Chicken Kebabs that Hungry Girl cooked up sounded amazing. So, we picked up the necessary ingredients and gave them a try.
We were quite pleased with the taste. Colby was a bit afraid of the spicy mustard at first since he is not normally a fan. But, once blended with the Pompeian OlivExtra Premium Mediterranean Blend and Pompeian White Wine Vinegar, it really tamed the taste a bit for him and he liked the overall finished product.
