My Favorite Things
You’ve heard the song, right? It gets in my head every time I hear the words “my favorite things.” Perhaps it’s because I am a big fan of The Sound of Music… or because it has a catchy tune. Either way, when I opened my The Motherhood Selects (TM Selects) package — tied up with strings nonetheless — I instantly began humming this song. I mean, you have to. Well, I do.
Okay, let’s take a look at a few of The Motherhood’s favorite things shall we:
IVY S’well Bottle
Emily McKhann, The Motherhood co-founder, introduced the IVY S’well Bottle to the rest of the team after falling in love with it herself. Not only is it a fun, uniquely designed water bottle, but the brand has a great mission behind the bottle. Knowing that 60 million plastic water bottles are used every day in the US, S’well works with charitable organizations, such as UNICEF, to help provide clean water to the world’s most vulnerable children. You simply can’t beat that kind of partnership and amazing reason to get behind this brand! Great find, Emily!
Wild Explorers
Oh my, Y’all! These hand-crafted moccasins by Wild Explorers that Brittnee added to the TM Selects box are too cute! Every single pair of these moccasins are handmade from 100% genuine leather… and no two pairs are exactly the same. They are incredibly soft to the touch and I can’t get over the cuteness. I wish they came in my size too!
EOS
You may be familiar with EOS already. I know that my 9 year old begs for it. This lip balm is apparently also a favorite among the entire The Motherhood team. The distinct, unique packaging is easy to distinguish and its contents are the “bombdiggity” according to my daughter. Nice to see that the TM Selects team agrees with her!
LÄRABAR
Nicole, while looking for gluten-free snacks, discovered LÄRABAR®, the Original Fruit & Nut Bar™, and shared with the team… and me! In fact, she also found that several of The Motherhood team members were already fans as well, so, of course, they had to add it to their favorite things list. I can definitely see why. The bars are made from whole food and contains no more than nine ingredients – minimally processed, and as close to their natural state as possible. Nice addition, Nicole!
What a fabulous list of favorite things from The Motherhood. These ladies sure now how to pick some amazing items to share. One of the most incredible, and my favorite, item in the box was the original piece of artwork from The Motherhood Art Director that is shown above. Love it!
