3 Ingredient Pancakes Made with Kashi Oats
Ask any nutritionist and they will tell you how important it is to start your day with a healthy breakfast. It is, after all, called the most important meal of the day. Colby and I discovered a great way to get our kids on board: 3 ingredient pancakes made with Kashi Oats.
Kashi Oats
There are many ways for eating Kashi Oats that the kids are able to grab and go on their own. A bowl of Kashi® Heart to Heart® Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal as is. Or Kashi® GOLEAN Crisp!™ Cinnamon Crumble Cereal with Greek Yogurt topped blueberries and strawberries. On cold, dreary mornings though, or when they are just in the mood, they ask for pancakes.
So, we found a good, healthy recipe that they actually enjoy and ask for:
3 Ingredient Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Kashi® Heart to Heart® Golden Maple Oatmeal
- ½ banana
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- cinnamon, to taste (optional)
Directions:
